Troy established Matrix in 2012 following a successful career in construction management and carpentry. Throughout the last 8 years he has continued to grow the business by providing end to end construction services which enhance their environments, add value and provide quality outcomes for owners, occupiers and users.
Troy’s belief in the importance of strong relationships continues to underpin the Matrix culture and approach. Each project is driven by a customer focused methodology, seeking to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and end users.

Senior Project Manager

John has worked for and delivered projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies over the past 20+ years with project values range from $15M to $400M holding positions as Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager in successfully delivering a broad and diverse range of projects. Recent projects include iconic high-rise residential towers, shopping centre and residential development, industrial warehouse distribution centres, the first green 5-star pilot industrial warehouse, and ‘live’ data centres and commercial retail and office towers.

David Kennedy

Senior Project Manager

David brings with him over 30 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, working predominantly in the fit out and refurbishment arena and delivering hundreds of projects from $50K to $10M in value. David’s role has progressed from Project Manager to Project Director to Manger of Construction Services, and he has delivered some excellent projects for high profile clients in a business that has grown from 4 to 90 with a turnover of $50M.            David is a very polished and professional person who has a dynamic personality that lends itself to either client facing/relationship building functions and/or internal team management or operational management roles.

Jessica brings over 10 years of experience in tendering and marketing across multiple sectors including construction, civil, property and testing services and delivering tenders worth up to $1billion. Her key strengths include market and business analysis, contracts, technical writing, graphic design, communication and strategic marketing.                              Leveraging her strong background in tendering and marketing, as well as various business support and operational roles, Jessica’s diverse skills and business acumen enables her to lead business growth with a strategic and wholistic approach integrated across all areas of the business.

Joanna is a highly driven Commercial Management Professional with end-to-end experience in drive cultural and behavioral change across business through Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental framework & strategy implementation.  Experienced in leading international operations to achieve targets on performance, innovation, quality, service, environmental and safety. Major attributes include influencing, driving change, flexible thinking, analytical intelligence, teamwork, integrity, and focus. Professional with over 10 years’ experience in Health and Safety with a demonstrated history of auditing and working in the construction industry, helping builders delivering a successful safe working environment and achieving ISO and Federal accreditations.
